1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our NEET preparation program or using any services on our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that you are entering a legal agreement with Tractor Education.
2. Services Provided
We provide NEET preparation courses, including coaching, educational content, and access to a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) through Wise. We do not own or manage the LMS, but we use it to deliver content.
- Course Content: All course content, materials, and services are provided by Tractor Education.
- Third-Party LMS: Our LMS is provided by Wise, a third-party service provider. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of their platform.
3. Enrollment and Payment
- Security Deposit: Students are required to pay a security deposit at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
- Course Fees: Full course fees are due only after a student successfully passes the NEET exam and meets our marks criteria.
4. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during enrollment, including your full name, contact details, and academic information.
- Use of Services: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS.
5. Refund Policy
The refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided. You can refer to the Refund Policy for detailed information regarding full or partial refunds based on exam results, satisfaction, or failure to attend the NEET exam.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
- Personal Data: We collect information such as your name, email, phone number, location, and NEET marks (post-examination). This information is necessary to facilitate our services, including processing refunds.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to course content, materials, and trademarks, is owned by Tractor Education unless stated otherwise.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Tractor Education makes no guarantees regarding specific academic results or success in the NEET exam.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you accept and agree to the updated terms.
10. Termination
- Tractor Education may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful conduct.
- You may terminate your use of services at any time, but this will not affect any obligations or rights accrued prior to termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tractor Education operates. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved under the applicable legal framework.
12. User Conduct for Students
By enrolling in and using the services provided by Tractor Education, students agree to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:
- Respectful Behavior: Students must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Academic Integrity: Students must maintain academic honesty and integrity in all coursework, assessments, and interactions. Cheating, plagiarism, or any dishonest behavior will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of access to our services.
- Appropriate Use of Materials: Students may only use course materials, resources, and services for personal educational purposes. Sharing, copying, or distributing course content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Compliance with Laws: Students agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws while using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the proper use of the third-party LMS (Wise) and any other platforms or tools provided.
- No Unauthorized Access: Students are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, LMS, or any other system or platform used by Tractor Education.
- Account Security: Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. If a student suspects any unauthorized use of their account, they should immediately notify Tractor Education.
- Non-Commercial Use: Students may not use Tractor Education’s services for any commercial purpose without express written consent from the company.
