Refund Policy

At Tractor Education, we are committed to offering high-quality NEET coaching while ensuring that students receive a fair and transparent process for refunds. Below are the conditions under which refunds are applicable:
1. Full Refund Due to Coaching Satisfaction
- Full refund will be provided if a student is not satisfied with the coaching.
- The refund request must be made within 15 days of enrollment.
2. Full Refund Based on NEET Marks
- Full refund will be issued if the student fails to secure 650 marks in the NEET examination.
- If a student secures 650 marks or more, 50% of the security deposit paid will be retained as fees for 2 years of coaching. This amount includes all taxes, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
3. Refund Process Timing
- Refunds will be initiated after the NEET examination results are announced.
- Refunds will be processed within 90-120 days from the date of the NEET results. This ensures that we have sufficient time to verify results and process refunds.
4. Students Who Fail to Attend the NEET Exam
- If a student fails to attend the NEET exam due to any reasons, they will still be eligible for a refund, provided it is post the NEET examination.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Students must submit a refund request along with the necessary documents (e.g., NEET scorecard).
- The request should be sent to admin@tractoreducation.com for processing.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during enrollment (e.g., bank transfer, cheque).
7. Policy Amendments
- Tractor Education reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website refund Policy.
